I don't know my library password or PIN- help!
Can you reset my password, or tell me what it is?

If you are unable to create a new password, it is possible that there is already a password in your record.
If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble setting one up, you can reset it using the "Forgot your password" link under the My Account login box. You should receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
This only works if there is a valid email address in your library account. If you cannot access your email, you can call 781-302-1045, Ask A Librarian, or visit our website to chat with a librarian to reset your password to a general default.
